D.I.Y. Kits for Children Entering Grades K-5! No Registration Required! While Supplies Last.

Looking for something that encourages creative thinking, problem-solving, strategy, cooperative effort, and even a little acting?  Then join our us for a Dungeons and Dragons meet-up. Players new to the game are welcome.

How does sound express emotion without words?  How do words change through the way we say them?  

Drop off puzzles that are in good condition and receive one ticket per puzzle to swap for a new puzzle.

April is National Poetry Month!  Join esteemed violinist Katie Lansdale and acclaimed actor Caroline Kingsolver as they collaborate to create an extraordinary afternoon of entwined language and sound.

An engaging storytime for the littlest ones. Join us for songs, rhymes and books for babies and children up to 23 months old with their caregiver. This class is intended for babies and those starting to walk.

A class focused on songs, stories and activities for developing kindergarten readiness skills which children attend independently. Caregiver must remain in the Library during the program.

Did you know that studies show coloring reduces your heart rate, increases your respiratory sinus arrhythmia (a marker of good cardiovascular health) and can make you feel less anxious? Come and give this fun activity a try!

Grades 6 and up join us in the downUNDER after school for crafts, games, activities, trivia, and more! 

Registration is required. Teens may register at the door provided there are open spots.

Join us at the Main Library for our Tween Maker programs! Get creative using arts and crafts materials provided by the Library and take your unique creations home!

In partnership with Literacy Volunteers of Greater Bridgeport we will be hosting an English conversation class every Monday evening.

Joining Medicare this year and not sure where to start? Are you new to Medicare? Just turning age 65 or soon to be retiring?

A lapsit program with songs, rhymes and books for babies (pre-walkers) and their caregiver. Please only register for one Baby Rhyme Time class each week since the same class is offered two times.

An active storytime with songs, rhymes and books for children who are walking up to 23 months old and their caregiver. Please only register for one Wobbly Walkers class each week since the same class is offered two times.

Enjoy a fun way to develop early literacy skills in young children with dancing, singing and stories. For children ages 0-5 and their caregiver.
