Small business owners, entrepreneurs and non-profit organizations often find themselves caught between a “rock and a hard place.” They can’t seem to grow the business without more help (human resources), but at the same time, they can’t afford or risk hiring additional people. So, what if there was a way to grow your business while doing good for the community?

At this workshop, attendees will be introduced to tools and techniques to use in accelerating their path to success, including:

  1. How to effectively access trained enthusiastic students (locally and online)
  2. How to effectively tap into the massive pool of experienced freelance workers across the global community
  3. Using pre-designed “Project-Based Assignments” to further social media and marketing efforts, reduce costs of back-office work, accounting, and drive technology advancements
  4. Using priority-management tools to make more of your day by identifying and executing on those projects which can bring the most value to your business and better balance life
  5. How to leverage digital technology to drive flexible work schedules and productivity
  6. Learning about the latest trend in managing costs – Packaged Business Outsourcing (PBO)
