Join us monthly for A Different Kind of Book Club. This group focuses on a single genre each month. Meet on the first Monday of each month (except September) at 6:30 pm.
August 3: Classics
September 14: Fantasy
October 5: History
November 2: Gift Giving: Cookbooks
December 7: Mystery and Romance - Holiday Settings
Librarians will lead the discussion. We begin with an overview of the genre - history, seminal works, favorite authors. Then we do a round robin inviting participants to share their favorite books from the genre. If you're new to the genre, just sit back and enjoy. Please join us. You're guaranteed to leave with a list of new books for your nightstand or e-reader.
