Join us for Part 1 of our three-part series on Eldercare Planning:
Start the Conversation: Planning for Aging, Death, and Legacy
It’s never too early or too important to talk openly about aging, death, and legacy. Beginning these conversations now, while it’s easier to share and plan, can reduce confusion later and help strengthen family connections.
In this program, guest experts Julie Blitzer and Sheila Russo will guide participants in exploring how to start and sustain honest, values-based conversations with loved ones. You’ll learn tools for discussing end-of-life wishes with clarity and compassion, while building a foundation of understanding that honors both individual needs and family bonds.
- Julie Blitzer supports people in grief through The Grief Recovery Method, and brings her experience as an End-of-Life Doula, Hospice Volunteer, and Hoffman Process Graduate Leader.
- Sheila Russo, a Connecticut-licensed social worker and certified grief counselor, is passionate about giving everyone a voice in their grief journey and has extensive experience supporting individuals, families, and groups through bereavement.
This series is presented by Netta Levy of LifeCare Concierge and Julie Blitzer of Authentic Matters, who bring expertise in elder care planning, grief, and helping families navigate important life transitions.
