Courageous Conversations about Race Discussion Group

The purpose of this group is to provide a safe space where issues of race can be discussed and where healing racism can begin. We will start this, our third year, with the film Race: The Power of an Illusion, showing the film in three parts in September, October and November. Each screening will be followed by a discussion. In December and subsequent months we will discuss articles and/or short videos about race, our own reactions to current events and ways that we can heal racism in our own communities.
