Join us for this monthly discussion of relevant financial topics. Mutual Funds and Exchange Traded Funds  If you have an investment or retirement account, you likely own mutual funds or exchange traded funds (ETFs). These funds can make up all, or part, of your portfolio, track an index, track a market sector, and so much more. We will talk about how they work, how to use them, and the “hidden” fees.

Julia Strayer, CRPC®, CIMA®, CPWA® is the Senior Vice President, Wealth Management Advisor for Merrill Lynch. Julia has a BA from Ohio State University and an MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business where she is now an adjunct professor. She has appeared on the CNBC show “Power Lunch,” CBS “This Morning,” WGCH’s “Women in Business,” in addition to featured articles in USA Today.

Liz Maccarone, CRPC® is a Financial Analyst. She joined Merrill Lynch in 2012 and is a graduate of Fairfield University. She coordinates and monitors investment strategies and planning services for clients.
