Program Description

Description

Join us to learn the basics of sewing! You will sew your own pencil case pouch using a sewing machine! You will learn how to measure and cut fabric, thread a sewing machine, sew straight lines on the sewing machine, and attach a zipper.

For children entering grades 3-5. Registration is required and is for BOTH class dates. Please only register if you are able to attend both classes. Attending both classes will ensure your child takes home a finished product. Children attend independently. Parent or caregiver must remain in the Library during the event. Space is limited. Registration opens on Monday, June 27.

In order to provide the best learning environment for all participants we are unable to allow access, regardless of registration, if you arrive 10 minutes after the program starts.
