Please join us as Julie Ramia, Dementia Specialist with Hartford Healthcare's Center for Healthy Aging, presents this informative 5-part series on best practices for keeping our brains healthy as we age.  Participants are encourage to attend all five sessions for the maximum benefit! Just register once for all the events in the series.

Monday, March 16th - Tips to Maintain a Healthy Brain (daily activities that help keep your mind sharp)

Monday, March 23rd - Eat Smart for a Stronger Brain (foods that fuel memory and healthy aging)

Monday, April 13th - Staying Connected and Purposeful (how meaningful engagement improves brain health)

Monday, April 20th - Sleep: Your Brain's Nightly Tune-up (the importance of sleep for your brain)

Monday, April 27th - Secrets of the Blue Zones (healthy habits that add years to your life)

 

Julie Ramos is a Dementia Specialist with Harford Healthcare's Center for Healthy Aging. She received her BA in Gerontology from Quinnipiac College, and has worked with the Alzheimer's Association as the South-Central Regional Director where she provided training and education to the community as well as first responders.
