Program Description

Description

Join us for an evening with Dale Atkins, PhD, and Amanda Salzhauer, MSW, authors of The Kindness Advantage: Cultivating Compassionate and Connected Children. Their book, which was selected as one of the best parenting books of 2018 by Greater Good Magazine, is a practical and concrete guide for equipping children with the skills they need to have a positive influence on the world. The authors will discuss the fundamental concepts presented in The Kindness Advantage and how they can be weaved into a family’s daily life.

This program is geared for parents and caregivers of children in grades K-5. Registration is required. Space is limited. Register in-person, online or by calling the Library starting Wednesday, March 27.
