Join us for an evening with professionals from the organization MADAY, Mothers Aware of Depression and Anxiety in Youth. They will be presenting on all of the following wellness topics during this program:

- Be introduced to yoga and meditation; learn how to create a calm space for yourself. Presented by Edel Keane, yoga instructor and owner of Jarosa Studio.

- How can nutrition help you manage stress and anxiety? Learn tips and remedies. Presented by Simone Wan, licensed acupuncturist/herbalist and health coach.

- Learn how hypnosis can help you ‘reset’ your mind and develop your inner voice. Presented by Tesa Baum, RM, CHT, certified hypnotherapy practitioner and mindset coach.

- Learn cognitive behavioral techniques to help you change your thinking to change how you feel and manage negative automatic thoughts. Presented by Meg Nisenson, cognitive behavioral therapist.

This program is for tweens and teens ages 9 and up, parents and caregivers. Teens are strongly encouraged to attend. Attendees under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a parent or caregiver. Registration is required. Space is limited. Register in-person, online or by phone starting Monday, April 8. Light refreshments will be served.
