Patrick Lorent has 29 years of experience in the Commercial Lending Industry. He is Vice President and Manager of the Peoples United Bank Government Lending Department.
Frank Alvarado is the Senior Area Manager/Veterans Affairs Officer for the SBA CT District Office. Frank has worked with Small Businesses both in the private and public sectors.
Dennis Brown is a Business Consultant who works with people looking to start up their own business or grow the one that they have.
Fred Welk, Jr. is Director of Business Education & Communications, Community Economic Development Fund. He has served as a business advisor for the organization’s clients for the past five years before recently taking on additional duties for education and marketing for CEDF.
