Join us for an evening with Dr. Lynelle Schneeberg, a behavioral sleep psychologist, as she discusses her book, Become Your Child’s Sleep Coach, every parent’s guide to better sleep for their children and the whole family. Dr. Schneeberg will provide guidance on tackling the kinds of sleep issues children ages 3-10 have and discuss how parents can help their children become great sleepers with her five-step guide.

This program is geared for parents and caregivers of children ages 3-10. Registration is required. Space is limited. Register in-person, online or by phone starting Thursday, August 22. Light refreshments will be served.

Dr. Lynelle Schneeberg, known as the Bedtime Doctor, is a behavioral sleep psychologist who has helped thousands of families solve their children’s sleep problems. Now she is sharing her decades of experience in Become Your Child’s Sleep Coach. Dr. Schneeberg is a professor at the Yale School of Medicine and the Director of the Behavioral Sleep Program at Connecticut Children’s Medical Center.
