 ty outreach efforts on behalf of the program, and will have a pop-up resou
 rce table in order to directly engage with local residents, educate th
 em on the Energize CT benefits available to them, and connect them with th
 ose benefits. At the table, they will be sharing information about theâ
 €¯Energize CT program, which offers no-cost Home Energy Assessments toâ€
 ¯eligible Connecticut renters and homeowners.  The goal of these assessme
 nts is to make residents' homes safer, healthier, and more comfortabl
 e, while helping them identify ways to lower energy consumption, carbon 
 emissions, and utility bill costs.  Some benefits are based on income eli
