Join our chess club! We supply the chess boards, you provide the competition. This volunteer-led program for all ages will meet weekly for intermediate players who have played the game previously.
A two-part meditation class that focuses first on the best ways to use your words/thoughts to create a successful meditation practice. The second part consists of Mudras finger and hand positions to help create a meditative state - all done while sitting in comfort in a chair.

A series featuring local chefs. Guest chefs share the back stories behind their cooking lives, the challenges of running a restaurant/food market and talk about a favorite cookbook or recipe. Tastings may be offered.
