This tactical program targets a different set of job search skills and strategies each week. Pick up tips on interviewing, networking and resumes; something new each week.  Facilitator: Ann Wright has corporate HR experience with an extensive range of industries and has served as Assistant Director of Career Development at Yale School of Management MBA program. She has provided 1-on-1 counseling for hundreds of clients at Fairfield Public Library and in her private practice.

Drop-in program. Songs, nursery rhymes, books and movement for children 24-35 months and their caregiver! Tickets will be handed out 30 minutes before the program begins.

Whether you are an advanced knitter or just learning, this is a great group to join. Crocheters are welcome, too. Individual projects, group projects, and friendships are knit together each week.

The Main Library hosts 20-minute, one-on-one counseling sessions with a career coach each week. Bring your resume and your questions. Same-day sign up is available at the Information Desk or by calling 203-256-3160. First come, first served; space is limited. We meet at the Fairfield Woods Branch at 1:00pm. We are a drop in group, with great research, discussion and banter about varied titles. We have discussed everything from memoirs and nonfiction to prose and fiction.  We welcome our regulars and first timers with open arms even if you have not finished our current title. Join Us!
