Description

Are you on Medicare and afraid of being scammed?  Join us via Zoom for a program that will focus on the newest scams associated with the COVID 19 pandemic as well as other popular Medicare scams. You will learn how to detect, prevent, and report Medicare scams and how to spot possible fraud on the Medicare Summary Notice. There will also be a brief discussion about the Medicare Savings Program including income guidelines and how to apply.  This important program will be conducted by Lisa Alhabal, Senior Medicare Patrol Coordinator & CHOICES Counselor from the Southwestern CT Agency on Aging.
