Description

This class will teach protective tips on how to avoid confrontations as well as self-defense techniques when conflict cannot be avoided. No previous experience is necessary for this class. Please dress comfortably.

Sensei Frank Shekosky has owned and operated Cromwell Martial Arts since 1993 and is a 10th degree black belt in karate. Sensei Frank has been inducted into the Middletown, CT Sports Hall Of Fame and into the USA Martial Arts Hall Of Fame.
