Description
Learn all about the history and science of sourdough bread from friendly breaducator, Isabelle Laufer of Wild Rise Workshops. The first 40 participants will leave with their own sourdough starter. Isabelle will go over the tools needed, recipes, formation of dough, baking, and troubleshooting.
Wild Rise Workshops is a community-centered program dedicated to teaching the art and science of sourdough. Registration required.
