Description
Join us when four talented singer/songwriter’s visit for an
afternoon of shared music. The audience will be seated
around the musicians as they take turns playing original work,
introducing each piece with a bit of the song’s backstory.
Doug Mahard - In 1981 Doug lit out on the road and landed in Louisiana for six years where he reveled in cajunfunkhillbillyrockjazzgrass music. His experiences fired his imagination and he began writing songs. The Berklee College of Music songwriter finalist has released three CD’s.
Kristin Flagg - Kristin began playing music again after a 25 year break. It has been a return to a great joy. She did not expect to be writing songs, but over the last year she penned 35 tunes.
Nancy Tucker - Nancy is a fingerstyle guitarist with a flair for unusual and kinetic compositions using every part of the guitar. An award-winning songwriter, she has released nine CDs. She has been performing and recording music and comedy professionally for over three decades.
Mitch Katz - Mitch is a contemporary songwriter with a warm and engaging stage presence. His crafty lyrics and compelling melodies bring sensitivity and humor to a mix of ballads and blues, with some political observations thrown in for good measure.
