A presentation in business can be the start of future success, or it may be the quick decline into oblivion. Businesses can rise or fall on the basis of how someone presents. Presenters need to be adept not only at communicating clearly but also at strategy, tactics, presentation preparation, Q & A, and dealing with difficult audience members.

Dr. Paul Maloney has consulted on organizational issues worldwide. He has held senior positions in management development at the National Broadcasting Company (NBC), Mobil Oil Corporation, and PepsiCo International. He is currently a professor in applied psychology in the Graduate School at Fairfield University.
