Celebrate America 250 with a fun twist on fairness, justice, and storytelling! Join us at the library for a Reader’s Theater mock trial in which Goldilocks finally goes to court!
Did she trespass into the Bears’ home… or was it all a big misunderstanding?
YOU get to help decide! We will take on roles like lawyers, judges, witnesses, bears, or Goldilocks herself. No memorizing—just reading, acting, and having lots of fun as we explore what a fair trial looks like, just like in real American courts!
For children in grades 3-5. Registration is required. Children attend independently. Parent or caregiver must remain in the Library during the event. Space is limited. Registration opens on Tuesday, January 6. Please note that failure to cancel at least 24 hours before the event or not attending the event at all will result in a limited ability to register for future events.
