Honoring Women of History featuring Melanie Kirkpatrick

In partnership with the International Women's Forum of Connecticut we are pleased to present a program honoring Women of History. Our very special guest will be Melanie Kirkpatrick,  CT resident, journalist, author, and former Wall St. Journal OpEd Editor and Author of  " Lady Editor: Sarah Josepha Hale and the Making of the Modern American Woman; a historical biography about Sarah Josepha Hale, editor of  Godey’s Lady’s Book, and  the most influential woman in America in the nineteenth century.
