CT Blood Center Drive

The Connecticut Blood Center is partnering with Fairfield Public Library to save lives!  Adults 18+ can make an appointment to donate blood at https://ctblood.org/drives (use code C149)  and come to the mobile donor van in the parking lot of Fairfield Woods Branch Library .  Appointments are preferred and will be scheduled between 10:00am and 4:30pm; walk-ins will be taken if space permits.

Please remember to eat, drink fluids, and bring your ID with your name and photo.

Unfortunately, the CT Blood Center is seeing a significant decrease in blood donor participation. Rising cases of colds and flu are sidelining many regular donors,and we expect winter weather, school breaks, and holiday celebrations to further reduce donor turnout. Your blood donation is more important than ever in helping ensure an adequate blood supply for patients throughout the holiday season and into the new year. Your blood donation is crucial for supporting trauma victims, cancer patients, and others who rely on blood every day.
