Description

May is National Salsa Month so join us in celebrating one of the most popular condiments in the world.  We will learn about different recipes from spicy to sweet and the history of this tasty sauce.  After that, participants will have a chance to concoct their own batch and engage in a little friendly competition.  

Registration is required.  Open to individuals in Grades 6-12.
