Take a break Monday afternoons and let's practice mindful meditation together.  It's been a year of  unprecedented stress and turmoil, so it's time to be kind to yourself and take a few minutes to live and breath in the moment.  Follow us on Instagram @ fairfieldlibraryteens and join us for our live streaming story Mondays at June 29th through August 10th.   This event is open to all ages.  Registration is not required.  Teen Challenge participants will earn a code good for 25 points for up to four sessions.
