Work Better & Faster with Tech: Screen Capture (Mac and PC)

Someday you’ll need a copy of what’s on your computer screen, perhaps to show a problem, share a map, or save for a project.

Learn how to grab on-screen images with a couple of key strokes and paste into a project or email. You’ll also learn how to capture on screen video with Screencast-O Matic (free) and add narration. These are must have skills you don’t want to be without.

LEVEL: Beginner – Intermediate

Presenter: Gary Webster, a Fairfield resident, is a dynamic technology integrator, industrial designer and certified teacher, developing and teaching technology and design for the classroom. He’s had over 15 years’ experience creating and training teachers in diverse technology resources for schools, and shaping curriculum, using technology in all 16 Fairfield County school districts and throughout the state. He’s currently teaching web design, page layout, podcasting, movie making and photo editing at Southern Connecticut State University.
