Virtual Parenting Program: Handy Tips for Successful Remote Learning

Schooling at home and homeschooling are different, but there's also a lot of overlap. Get some tips and tricks for Remote Learning from 20 year homeschool veteran, Linda Hincks. We'll talk about how to relieve overscheduling stress and revive energy for learning.

Email your questions and concerns to the Library’s email, childrens-library@fplct.org, prior to the program so we can talk about specific tips to alleviate your worries and help your child be successful in this new normal.

This event will be hosted through Zoom, a virtual meeting service. You will need to download the Zoom app onto your Android/Apple device or the Zoom program onto your computer.

Registration is required and closes at 4:30 pm on the day of the event. After registration closes, participants will receive an e-mail with the event's unique Zoom meeting ID information, which they will need to join from home. Space is limited. Registration opens three weeks before the date of the event.
