Description

Motherhood can be a struggle. Many mothers are struggling under the weight of motherhood. They are suffering from burnout at unprecedented rates as they try to juggle work and their career alongside the unseen and unappreciated tasks in the home and as the primary caregiver.

The imbalance is daunting. From scheduling doctor’s appointments, managing the family calendar, meal planning, laundry, carpools, checking homework, dishes, finding time to play with the kids, finding time to exercise, and trying to remember what you used to like when you had time to like things. The list goes on and on. Even though we live in the 21st century, women are still carrying the weight of this unseen labor in the home, and we know that this imbalance is holding a lot of them back.

Enter FairPlay. FairPlay, based on the book by the same name written by Eve Rodsky, is a game-changing solution that outlines how we can change this narrative and start approaching our home as our most important organization in partnership with our partners. It is a system which sets you and your partner up for success in your relationship and your parenting. By increasing efficiency and fairness in the home, you will ultimately achieve the gift of more time. Join us for this workshop to learn more about FairPlay.

Registration is required. This event will be hosted through Zoom, a virtual meeting service. Participants will receive a reminder e-mail with the event’s unique Zoom meeting ID information, which they will need to join from home. Space is limited. Registration opens on Tuesday, October 19.
