Small businesses can be limited in their ability to grow due to inherent size and time constraints. One way small businesses can overcome this challenge is through strategic partnerships. This workshop will arm small business owners with new ways to think about growth and practical tips on identifying and striking mutually beneficial partnerships.

You will learn:

  • An overview of strategic partnerships
  • How different types of partnerships can unlock opportunities, from new leads to new sales and distribution channels and more
  • How to strike the right type of partnership based on your business goals
  • How to create win-win partnerships

The workshop includes a live exercise to design three new partnership ideas for small business owners
