Description

The historic bridges of the Merritt Parkway are unusual as infrastructure with high artistic value.  Merritt Parkway Bridges: A Virtual Tour takes a close look at individualistic bridges that marked design departures rooted in ancient traditions, and the preservation work they need as they pass their 80th year in service.

Join us as we host Wes Haynes, the Executive Director of the Merritt Conservancy, as he tells the story of the origin, construction and impact of the historic bridges that grace the Merritt Parkway.
