After many years of experience working for the Anthem Medicare Division, she partnered with Health Directions, a family owned, independent agency located in downtown Fairfield.  As a Medicare specialist, Sheila is licensed by the state of CT, certified by Medicare, and appointed with all of the major insurance carriers. She believes that it is her responsibility to guide customers through the complexities of Medicare so that they may make well-informed decisions about their healthcare coverage.
