FAIRFIELD’S TIES TO SLAVERY: Confronting a Painful History, Building a Stronger Community”

Come hear a short presentation on the history of Slavery in CT and specifically in Fairfield. Did you know that CT had the largest enslaved population in all of the New England states and Fairfield had the largest number of enslaved individuals in all of CT. Join a community listening session as we discuss how to acknowledge this history within our town and move forward to build a stronger community.  Presented by Sustainable Fairfield and other community partners.
