Join Gizmo's Frens for Mental Health.
This is a great event for Kindergarten to 3rd graders.
Please join us for the reading of "Gizmo's Pawesome Guide to Mental Health."
Come meet Gizmo, a therapy dog that visits children in schools and other places to comfort them when they are feeling sad, mad, or worried.
It may be difficult for kids to express exactly how they are feeling. For resources to talk to kids about mental health view the website: www.gizmo4mentalhealth.org
Fairfield CARES Community Coalition, established in 2009, envisions a community that promotes healthy, responsible choices through prevention and education for youth, young adults, and families.
For children in grades K-3 with a parent/caregiver. Please register. This program is for children and accompanying adults. Please plan to attend this program with your child. Drop offs are not permitted. Space is limited.
