Generative Art: Part 2 of an Introduction to AI

This is part 2 to Gary Webster's ChatGPT: An Introduction. 

You've probably heard of ChatGPT, Artificial Intelligence technology that writes anything you ask.

A similar revolution is happening in the art world. See how to use AI and text prompts to sketch, draw, paint in any media or style, and even edit photographs in a variety of apps. This used to be very hard, requiring years of training and practice. Until now. Tech Lecturer Gary Webster will overview this new technology, where it came from and where it’s going.

Presenter: Gary Webster, a Fairfield resident, is a dynamic technology integrator, industrial designer and certified teacher, developing and teaching technology and design for the classroom. He’s had over 15 years’ experience creating and training teachers in diverse technology resources for schools, and shaping curriculum, using technology in all 16 Fairfield County school districts and throughout the state. He’s taught web design, page layout, podcasting, movie making and photo editing at Southern Connecticut State University.
