College demands a whole new level of independence academically, socially, and personally. Designed for both parents and students, this workshop will cover some of the executive function skills students need to manage their time, plan long-term assignments, read syllabi strategically, and advocate for themselves. this session will explore how roles shift during this transition and how to build the skills needed for confidence and greater independence and autonomy.
About the speaker:
Hannah Choi, MA, is an executive function coach and speaker who has spent over 20 years supporting high school students, college students, and adults through some of life's biggest transitions. As a mom of two teens and a late-diagnosed ADHDer, she brings both professional expertise and personal experience to her work helping kids and families build the skills they need to thrive.
