Program Description
Description
High school requires stronger planning skills, long-term project management, and the ability to balance academics, activities or sports, and a social life. This session will explore how demands on our kids' executive function skills increase during the high school years and how parents can support time management, emotional regulation, and follow-through while gradually stepping back. We will cover practical tools and strategies that can help reduce conflict and increase independence.
