Program Description

Description

Come party with us at the Library to celebrate the end of summer! We will kick off this special evening with a visit from author Anna Crowley Redding. We will provide a special treat for you to enjoy as you listen to her read her newest book, Courage Like Kate: The True Story of a Girl Lighthouse Keeper, all about a real-life Fairfield County hero! Then, continue the fun with us by participating in activities like getting an airbrush tattoo, making a button pin and more! You can also enter our special raffle just for this event!

Copies of Courage Like Kate will be available for purchase at the event, and you can get your copy signed by the author!

All families are welcome to attend! Registration is required and opens on Thursday, August 4. Please register your family under one name. Children must be accompanied by their caregiver. Space is limited.
