Head of Adult Services Philip Bahr first introduced Cut the Cord to Fairfield back in 2014. The last update happened during the pandemic on Zoom in 2020. A lot has changed in 5 years, so register and let's get talking. Philip has lived without cable TV for over 16 years and is constantly fascinated and occasionally frustrated by our world of à la carte streaming.
