Program Description

Join the Brooklyn Robot Foundry for a hands-on robot-building event at the Fairfield Woods Branch Library! Their super creative STEAM programs are engaging, immersive and tons of fun. The class will feature a whimsical robot that children get to build with their own hands, create with their own imaginations, and take back to their own homes afterwards!

Brooklyn Robot Foundry’s signature designs and building method allow children to build on their own, resulting in not only a cool robot but also increased confidence. They encourage creativity and independent thinking from all of their builders! Join us as we BUILD FUN TOGETHER!

For children in grades K-2. Registration is required. Children attend independently. Parent or caregiver must remain in the Library during the event. Space is limited. Registration opens on Saturday, January 6.

The Fairfield Public Library reserves the right to utilize photographs or video taken at the library for future library publications or other library publicity.  All library patrons consent to the use of their photo/video taken at the library or during library events for such purposes.  If a patron does not wish to be photographed/videoed, the patron must notify the library staff to that effect.
