Fairfield Public Library and LifeBridge Community Services (Fairfield Counseling Services) present an eight-week series, "Am I The Only One?  Helping Parents/Caregivers Adjust to a Post-Covid World."  Session topics are as follows: 

April 27 - Handling Stress & Increasing Motivation

May 4 - How Family Members Influence Each Other

May 11 - School Expulsion: What That Means and What Are Your Rights

May 18 - Starting the Conversation with your LGBTQ+ Child/Teen 

May 25 - Life from a Teenager's Perspective - Teen Panel

June 1 - Blended Families: Common Pitfalls and How to Avoid Them

June 8 - Achieving a Healthy Work/Life Balance

June 15 - Life Cycle Stages: What Parents Should Expect

                                                                                          

Each workshop will be facilitated by licensed behavioral health professionals. Refreshments will be served. Registration for individual workshops is suggested but not required.
