Description

Join us for a listening session on Alzheimer's disease, dementia and memory loss.  The Alzheimer's Association wants to hear from you!  Attend this Community Forum to share your experience with Alzheimer's disease and discuss how the Association can best serve your community.  Together, we can help enhance care and support resources for those facing the disease.  This program is being held in partnership with Ludlowe Center for Health & Rehabilitation.
