Description

Age Friendly Fairfield (AFF) is a town initiative to enhance life for residents of all ages. As part of the AARP Age Friendly Network, Fairfield is addressing challenges faced by its aging population and improving quality of life. AFF is focusing on Housing, Transportation, Social Participation, and Community Health & Wellness and Communication.
