Neapolitan Song with Stefano Russo

Please join Fairfield Public Library for an afternoon of Neapolitan song with opera singer Stefano Russo. Mr. Russo will perform Best of Neapolitan Songs, accompanied by pianist Eric Trudel.  

Stefano Russo was born in Rome, Italy, where he discovered his passion for music at a young age.  He studied with Ermenegildo Corsini, tenor with the Sistine Chapel Choir, and with the international soprano Enrica Guarini.  He performed in Italy for many years before moving to the U.S., where he began to write poetry as well.  His first collection of poems, in Italian, was published in 2017.
